If you have never dealt with a real estate agent - then look no further. If you have, please read the rest of this. I work with many agents and want to assure you that Anni is not only one of the best - but she truly cares about your best interest. Having the opportunity to work with multiple real estate agents Anni clearly rises to the top of my list. Her market knowledge is very accurate, she can identify a gem or spot a dud. Negotiating price, repairs, or terms Anni’s approach is unlike anyone I know - she has an uncanny way of knowing what it will take to get the best for her client, and then do better. I like to think of an analogy when it comes to her level of service as tends to be like the Four Seasons where what you want and like are heard and not missed or over looked vs. a large percentage of other agents are like the Motel 6 they will keep the light on - but that’s about it. Anni is a solid agent, but the best part is she is a great person with who will really look out for your best interest - I cant suggest a better choice when it comes to a Realtor or friend.
